Daryl is a multidisciplinary artist and an individual who aspires to ignite mindfulness, compassion, peace and love in the world through his work.

On his venture into holistic wellness, Daryl encountered Yoga and was inspired by their philosophy and benefits. He embarked on his Yoga Instructor Training so as to share accurate knowledge and sustainable practices with his family and friends. And as he delved deeper into his studies of mental and physical development, he took an interest in Pilates, GYROTONIC, strength training and motor behaviour conditioning.

Even though his mission for wellness is ever on-going, Daryl hopes to share his available time and knowledge with others who are also on their personal journey. He aims to provide engaging and quality experiences, and always welcomes new ideas and challenges.

Wen Toh

Yoga Instructor

Wen began her Yoga journey in 2014 at Yoga To The People in NYC. Since then, she has explored various forms of Yoga at studios across the US and Asia, and trained at Kashish Yoga School in India, where she received her 200-hour certification.

The classes she leads are a reflection of the classes she loves to move through herself, with a focus on building mind-body awareness through good alignment and mindful breathing. Her creative and dynamic sequencing are intended to empower practitioners both on and off the mat, and she hopes her students will leave her classes feeling challenged and ultimately reminded of what they are capable of.

As a dedicated and grateful student of Yoga, Wen is humbled by the opportunity to share her love of the practice with others.

Samantha began her yoga journey in 2019, quickly discovering its power to harmonize body and mind. Embracing yoga as a way of life, she finds fulfillment in sharing its transformative impact with others, believing it’s more than just physical postures but about cultivating balance on and off the mat. Samantha’s passion lies in helping people feel stronger, calmer, and more present in their daily lives, guiding both beginners and experienced practitioners toward growth, healing, and inner peace.

Dayvid Foo

Dayvid discovered yoga after turning 40, seeking relief from aches caused by years of strength and cardio training. What started as a simple way to stretch soon became a transformative journey into the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. Certified in Hatha and Yoga Therapy, Dayvid now leads holistic, accessible classes for all levels, balancing challenge and relaxation. Previously a music producer for over 15 years, he now channels his creative talents into meditation music and wellness programs.
